Ensures that SAA fleet vehicles, including shuttle buses, are properly serviced per the vehicle’s maintenance schedule. Washes, waxes, and buffs SAA fleet vehicles’ interior and exterior; schedules detailing services. Serves as a driver to fulfill transportation requests. Performs driving, loading, and/or coordinating duties during COOP events and exercises; maintains COOP vehicle bags, ensuring that bags are properly stored and stocked. Creates and maintains several databases to track fleet inventories, vehicles’ maintenance and cleaning schedules, keys, parking permits issued, COOP materials, and cleaning and maintenance supplies. Ensures security of all SAA fleet vehicles. Other duties as assigned.
